Your Dog’s Progress Is Our Priority
The all paws commitment.
We don’t stop at “good enough” every dog is unique, and we are committed to finding out what works for yours – no matter how long it takes.
We just moved to Fayetteville and one of the main reasons for our move was an opportunity to have a facility like CoolWag with All Paws Training in close proximity. Jacob did not disappoint!! We have two Belgian Malinois and a Llewellin Setter but the Malinois is who needed some help. We are interested in dock diving, barn hunts, and fast cat. We also needed guidance on being a good pet owner for a pup who is a bit reactive to other dogs due to a traumatic dog attack as a pup. Jacob worked with us then brought out a dog and another trainer brought along another dog for a play time session in one of the fenced areas adjacent to us. The testing for us was amazing. We have our homework but also look forward to our next session with Jacob as well as the dock diving opening up in May.

Joseph K
Welcome to All Paws Training
At All Paws Training, we believe that great dog training isn’t about forcing obedience, it’s about building trust, creating clarity, and developing real connection. Our work is grounded in one simple belief: when people and their dogs truly understand each other, everything gets better.
We’re based in Bentonville, Arkansas, a city known for its community spirit and love for the outdoors. It’s the perfect place for the kind of dog training we do, personal, practical, and rooted in everyday life. From the trails of Bella Vista to the parks of Rogers and beyond into Southwest Missouri, we proudly serve dogs and their families throughout the region.
Whether you’re starting fresh with a wiggly new puppy, working through frustrating behavior challenges, or looking to help your dog thrive in off-leash spaces, you’ve found the right place. Our team is here to meet you where you are, guide you forward, and celebrate every win—big or small.
A Different Kind of Dog Training
We’re not here to sell you perfection. We’re not chasing flashy tricks or internet fame. What we care about is helping your dog settle peacefully at your feet. Come when called. Walk calmly through the neighborhood. Relax when guests come over. These real-life moments are what we train for, because that’s what makes daily life easier, calmer, and more joyful.
At All Paws, we’ve built our training around partnership, not control. Your dog isn’t a project to be fixed or a checklist to be completed. They’re a living, breathing being with needs, quirks, and a deep desire to connect. We believe that when we train with empathy, structure, and intention, amazing things happen.
We also believe that you, as the owner, are just as important in this journey as your dog is. That’s why our programs are as much about coaching you as they are about teaching your dog. We’ll help you read your dog’s body language, understand why certain behaviors happen, and give you tools that actually work in the real world.
Our Philosophy
Training isn’t a formula. It’s not a one-size-fits-all package. Our philosophy centers on building a two-way conversation between you and your dog.
We take the time to get to know your dog as an individual. What motivates them? What makes them nervous? What brings them joy? Once we understand those things, we can begin to shape behavior in a way that makes sense for them, and for your lifestyle.
We use what’s known as balanced training. That means we use a thoughtful combination of positive reinforcement (praise, toys, treats) and fair, appropriate corrections when needed. It’s not about being harsh, it’s about being honest. Just like kids, dogs thrive when they understand both boundaries and encouragement.
This approach helps us build dogs that are confident, clear-headed, and capable of navigating the world, not just in our training sessions, but in your day-to-day life.
Meet the Heart of Our Pack: Bucky
All Paws Training wasn’t born out of a business plan. It started with a dog named Bucky.
Bucky didn’t fit the mold. He was intelligent, headstrong, opinionated, and reactive. He challenged us from day one, and in doing so, he made us better. He taught us to ask deeper questions, to abandon one-size-fits-all answers, and to truly listen to what a dog is telling us.
He didn’t respond to the same training techniques we thought were “tried and true.” He needed a different approach. One built on respect, consistency, and communication. And once we found that balance with him, something amazing happened, he started to trust us. He softened. He learned to lean in, not just push back.
Today, Bucky is our right-hand dog. He works alongside us every day, guiding nervous pups through their first sessions, showing reactive dogs that calm is possible, and helping humans understand what’s going on beneath the surface of their dog’s behavior. He is gentle, patient, and intuitive, and every dog he meets is better for knowing him.
He’s not just part of our team. He’s the soul of our mission.
Every quiet breakthrough we witness, every leash handoff where things “just click,” every dog that finally relaxes in our care, that all leads back to Bucky. He reminds us why we do what we do, and he keeps us grounded in what matters most: connection.
A Place Where Your Dog Belongs
You’ll see this phrase on our van, on our signage, and throughout our training materials: “Your Dog Belongs Here.” It’s not just a marketing line, it’s a guiding principle.
We believe that every dog deserves a chance to be understood and guided. That includes the over-eager jumpers, the anxious rescues, the misunderstood mutts, the high-drive working breeds, and the stubborn dogs that others may have given up on.
At All Paws, there’s no judgment. We don’t roll our eyes at barking or flinching or pulling on the leash. We’ve seen it all, and we’re here to help, not shame. Our job is to help you figure out what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how we can help you both feel better.
Training isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. And we’ll walk with you every step of the way.
A Personal Approach That Lasts
What sets us apart isn’t just our experience or our programs, it’s our personal approach. We don’t use canned routines or cookie-cutter packages. Every training plan is designed around your dog’s personality, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Live in a busy neighborhood? We’ll work on leash reactivity and neutral greetings. Planning hikes or off-leash adventures? We’ll focus on recall and long-line work. Raising a new puppy in a house full of kids? We’ve got tools for that too.
We offer:
Private training sessions at your home or in real-world settings
Board and Train programs for immersive, hands-on results
Behavior modification for reactivity, aggression, fear, or anxiety
Puppy foundations to give your little one the best possible start
Sport and farm training on our private 50-acre property for working and high-drive dogs
Each service is delivered with the same care, patience, and clear communication, because we know that lasting results come from a plan that actually fits your life.
Let’s Get Started
You don’t have to be an expert. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to show up, ask questions, and put in the work. We’ll take care of the rest.
At All Paws Training, we meet you where you are. Whether your dog is pulling on the leash, cowering at strangers, or just bouncing off the walls with energy, we’re here to help you create a more peaceful, more connected life together.
Training doesn’t have to feel like a battle. With the right tools, the right support, and the right mindset, it can be one of the most rewarding experiences you and your dog will ever share.
So take a deep breath. You’ve found your people. We’re glad you’re here.
